The PCSO main office, situated at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. Corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City, is where lottery jackpot awards may be claimed. Under the TRAIN Law, the jackpot prize is subject to a 20% tax.

The lottery prize ticket is valid for one (1) year if you win. Prizes that are not claimed within a year will be forfeited. Similarly, it is the player’s exclusive responsibility to verify that the information printed on the ticket(s), including the type of wager, the amount bet, the desired draw date, and the numbers to be played, is accurate.

No PCSO game may be played by interested participants who are younger than eighteen (18) years old.
